Welcome to QuickRental. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before renting or listing any item.
Summary: QuickRental connects renters and owners. All transactions are between users; we facilitate the process but are not a party to the rental agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, or completing a rental transaction, you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Listings and Rentals
- Accuracy: Owners must provide accurate descriptions, photos, and availability of items.
- Pricing: All prices are set by the owner and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Booking: A rental is confirmed only upon payment. The owner may accept or reject a booking request.
- Usage: Renters must use items responsibly and return them in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through our trusted payment partners. QuickRental charges a service fee (displayed at checkout) which is non-refundable once the rental starts. You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Renter cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking; after that, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Owner cancellation: If an owner cancels a confirmed booking, the renter receives a full refund plus a credit towards a future rental.
- Damage / misuse: Owners may charge for damages beyond normal wear; disputes are handled through our support team.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use QuickRental for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on others' rights, or to post false or misleading information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
QuickRental is a marketplace and does not own, inspect, or insure the items listed. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or any rental transaction. All items are rented “as is” and owners are solely responsible for their property.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, design, text, graphics) is the property of QuickRental or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
